The Living Well Bus | Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

One third of the population in Cheshire and Merseyside live in the most deprived 20% of neighbourhoods in England.

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) are helping to address health inequalities in the region by improving access to care through the Living Well Buses. The service provides on-the-spot vaccinations, physical health checks, wellbeing, and mental health support.

We're proud to provide the Trust with 3 self-drive units, helping to bring healthcare into everyone's reach.

Louis McDermott, Operational Lead for Vaccination and Living Well Service at CWP, said: "Ultimately it's a mobile clinic space that provides all the benefits you would get if you went to your local GP, and people can have a safe and effective clinical experience."

Within 8 months, the Living Well Buses delivered:
💉11,000 vaccinations
🩺8,000 physical health checks
🚐380 clinics at sites including homeless shelters, mental health crisis cafes and learning disability day centres
