The pressure of managing gastroparesis — from Living Well (When You Don’t Feel Well), Episode 1
- by Editor
Five years ago, Samantha came to me for coaching because she was overwhelmed by trying to manage severe gastroparesis on top of being a psychologist, wife, and mom to two children, one with special needs. She had an insight in that very first coaching session that changed her whole experience. All these years later, we're talking about that and so much more in the first episode of our new podcast, Living Well (When You Don't Feel Well), coming this Thursday, August 1st.

Hi, I'm Crystal. I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis in 2004 at the age of 23. My experience with gastroparesis has run the gamut, from being malnourished, anxious, and all but debilitated to being a healthy, happy wife, mom, and dual-certified coach, truly living WELL!
I believe that it's possible to live a full, happy, engaged life with gastroparesis … regardless of the severity of your symptoms or how long you've had the condition. I hope you'll come along as we explore what it means to really live WELL with gastroparesis.
