Health Sciences University – Living Well with Dementia: Awareness, safety and planning.
On the 14th August 2024, Health Sciences University held a half day event in collaboration with GoodOaks Homecare for people and families caring for others with a dementia diagnosis. The event was aimed to enhance dementia care through training and personalised care plans to help individuals plan for the future. The day was facilitated by our team of rehabilitation experts, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and health and social care professionals. This work was funded as part of Knowledge Exchange funding by Research England.
